My name is Dion Protani and I'm the founder of Sorrento Review, along with the other sites that make up the Italy Review Network. 

​Sorrento Review entered its tenth year of operation in 2025 and followed on from the Ischia Review website, established in 2012.

​Having lived very close to Sorrento for a number of years it was my aim to create a website guide not just to the town itself but to the wider region, encompassing Naples, Capri, the Amalfi Coast and the rest of Campania. 

​You're likely to speak to me if you email in with an enquiry and you'll soon realise that I'm English which for the majority of you will mean no language barrier (I hope!). I hope you find the website useful for planning your trip and maybe even enjoyable too.
