Casa Mackenzie was once home to the British writer Compton Mackenzie OBE who spent 11 years on the island between 1913 and 1924.

​The house is located in Cetrella and can be reached by following the signs to the Hermitage of Santa Maria a Cetrella on the slopes of Mount Solaro in Anacapri.
