During the summer months when the southern Italian sunshine is beating down and the beaches are busier than usual, one of the best ways to find some space is by taking a boat out on the water.
Our Sorrento boat rental allows you to explore the beautiful coastline either by yourselves or with the help of a skipper to do the driving for you. The boats come with canopies so you have plenty of shade and there are some great spots for swimming. The boat rentals start in Marina Grande and from there you can explore up and down the coastline or have lunch by the water. |

Rental hours
The boats can be collected from our office in Marina Grande, Sorrento.
The rental period is from 09:00 to 18:00.

Booking details
The boats that you can drive without the need of a special boat licence or a skipper are equipped with a 40 horse power engine. We have rubber dinghies, sometimes called ribs but referred to in Italian as gommoni.
To make a booking we take a deposit of €45 which can be paid securely online via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Once you've reserved the boat with the deposit, we send you instructions on who to meet the evening before the rental in order that you can fill out the necessary forms and present your ID etc.
Boats are available for rental from 20 May 2023 onwards.
On the day of the rental you'll be given instructions on how to use the boat, a map of the local area and all of the necessary safety rules.
To make a booking, please let us know the preferred date of the rental and the number of people in your group, whether it's just one or as many as 10.
