Sant'Agnello is the next town along from Sorrento as you head east along the coast.
It's a popular choice for visitors who don't want to be in the centre of Sorrento but still be close to the sea and have lots of options in terms of bars, restaurants and shops. The town is split into two parts, the town centre with its distinctive church is a bustling area which sits astride the main road between Sorrento and the other towns on the Sorrento Peninsula. |
Down towards the sea the town shares the same dramatic cliff-side views as its neighbouring towns and one of the best places to see this is from is Piazzetta Marinella where you'll find a bar/restaurant and also the entrance to La Marinella Beach Club with its gorgeous bright blue water.
