The Santa Maria Donnaregina Vecchia is a fourteenth century church that now houses one of the city's finest religious museums. 

It's situated in Naples' centro storico along a stretch of road known as the Via dei Musei due to the large number of museums that sit along it. The closest Metro stop is Cavour which is a 5 minute walk away while Naples Cathedral is close by in the other direction.
