The famous streets of Naples are an intricate web of places that hold thousands of years of history.
There are narrow, vibrant streets such as the Via San Gregorio Armeno, famous for its caricature models and nativity scenes, or wider, grand boulevards such as the Lungomare Caracciolo which runs along the seafront and where you can rent bicycles. Along with the aforementioned Via San Gregorio Armeno, the streets of Via dei Tribunali and Spaccanapoli make up the bulk of the historic centre along with La Pignasecca. The city centre is knitted together by Via Toledo which is also known as Via Roma. |
