Catacombs  of  San  Gaudioso

The Catacombs of San Gaudioso are situated to the north of Naples city centre, between the Capodimonte area and the centro storico, the historic centre. 

Access to the catacombs are via its entrance in the Basilica di Santa Maria della Sanità in the neighbourhood of the same name: Rione Sanità. 

​A little bit of effort is required in order to reach the location; you can use the Metro system and get off at the Cavour stop from which it's a walk of 12 minutes. The best route to follow is that of the main road: the Via Santa Teresa deli Scalzi.
