The Spiaggia Grande Positano is the first sight most people see if they arrive in Positano by boat and is always a hive of activity.
It's characterised by the colourful buildings behind it and a turquoise crust where the sand meets the sea. There are dozens of shops, bars and restaurants around the beach as well as the coastal pathway that leads to the nearby Fornillo Beach, also in Positano. |
