Seaside  Towns  on  the  Amalfi  Coast

There are ten main seaside towns on the Amalfi Coast, each one hugging its own piece of beautiful coastline. 

The ten towns listed here are all official communes (comuni in Italian) which are essentially municipalities. Aside from these ten main towns there are also a series of Amalfi Coast beaches, some of which belong to the towns on this page. 

Most famous of the Amalfi Coast seaside towns is Positano with its dazzling display of multi-coloured houses cascading down to a turquoise sea. The town of Amalfi was once an official republic and is another of the must-see towns along the 34 mile coastline.
