The Vomero district of Naples is widely-regarded as the most upmarket area of the city in which to live. It sits on a hill overlooking the main city area and is characterised by wide boulevards and a more laid-back atmosphere than the centre.
It's main sights are the Castel Sant'Elmo, the adjacent Certosa di San Martino and the expansive Villa Floridiana park. |
