Tucked away in an inconspicuous little corner, around four kilometres west of Sorrento, Lido La Solara is a quiet beach establishment with a restaurant that's ideal for those looking for a little peace and quiet away from the summer crowds. 

The best way to reach it is on foot, combining the trek with a visit to the Bagni di Regina Giovanna which you pass along the way.
