The ferry routes from Vietri sul Mare are exclusively to other ports and towns on the Amalfi Coast.
Among the six destinations reachable by sea are the towns of Amalfi, Cetara, Maiori, Minori, Positano and Salerno. Vietri sul Mare is a delightful beach resort on the eastern half of the Amalfi Coast which is quieter than the western side. It has one of the largest stretches of sandy beach on the Amalfi Coast and is also famous as a centre of ceramic production of which there are many examples on display throughout the town. |
