How to make a booking
- Payment in advance by Visa, American Express or Mastercard
- Full refund if you need to cancel for any reason; minimum 24 hours' notice required
- Email us your travel details via the [email protected] mailbox to start the booking process
- We'll then get back to you with a personalised travel schedule and secure payment link

To confirm a booking, we take full payment in advance which can be made securely on-line by Visa, American Express or Mastercard. To make a booking it’s just a case of letting us know via [email protected] and we’ll then send you a payment request and a travel schedule showing all the details of your journey.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we'll provide a full refund, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Each passenger is permitted one large suitcase and one cabin bag. If any passenger has more than this, please let us know before the transfer is agreed.
Prices apply to Sorrento town centre and Maiori town centre. If your accommodation is away from these areas, a supplement may apply. If you’re not sure what counts as the town centre, just let us know where you’re staying, and we’ll confirm this for you along with the amount of any supplement.
Throughout the duration of your booking, you'll be able to contact us and speak to an English-speaking representative if you have any delays or problems to report. Our phone line, email and Whatsapp account are constantly monitored while we have bookings underway.
