How to make a booking
To make a booking we take full payment in advance. Payments are made online via a secure payment link using Visa, American Express or Mastercard. Once you've decided to make a booking just drop us a line or feel free to ask if you have any questions. Our booking team are all English and can be reached via [email protected].
Customer cancellation policy
For cancellations made by the customer more than 24 hours in advance of the rental date we will provide a full refund. If we receive a notification of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the rental date no refund will be given.
Bad weather cancellation policy
In the event of a tour being cancelled due to bad weather or rough sea, we will first try to rebook with you for another day that you’re available and we have spaces available. In cases where no alternative dates are available for the client and ourselves, we will provide a full refund. Please note, the decision on whether conditions are suitable to take the boat out rests solely with the skipper.
