If you cancel the booking for any reason with at least 7 days’ notice, we will provide a full refund of your payment.
For tours cancelled between 3, and 6 days’ notice, we will refund 50% of your payment.
For any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour the total amount is payable, and no refund will be made.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason and with at least 48 hours notice, we'll provide a full refund. For bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before you're due to arrive, we'll try to refund all of your payment but in some cases a partial payment may be necessary. For cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours notice we do not offer a refund. ​
