If you need to cancel your booking for any reason and with at least 48 hours notice, we'll provide a full refund. For bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before you're due to arrive, we'll try to refund all of your payment but in some cases a partial payment may be necessary. For cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours notice we do not offer a refund.Â
