Cancellation Policies
In the event of a tour being cancelled due to bad weather, we will first try to rebook with you for another day that you’re available and the boat is available. In cases where no alternative dates are available for the client and the boat, we will provide a full refund. Please note, the decision on whether conditions are suitable to take the boat out rests solely with the skipper.
If you cancel the booking for any reason with at least 15 days’ notice, we will provide a full refund of your payment. For tours cancelled between 7 and 14 days’ notice, we will refund 30% of your payment. For any cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the tour the total amount is payable, and no refund will be made.
