Part One
In the first part of the tour, we will walk together along a path through the farm, where seasonal products such as basil, oregano and rosemary grow. While immersed in a stunning display of colour and pretty flowers, you can taste the seasonal fruits, taking them straight from the trees. You'll also get the chance to meet the farm animals such as Peppa the pig!
​We make three stops on the tour, the first in the vineyard, the second in the lemon and orange terrace and the last in the olive grove. In each area we'll explain to you the traditional ways of making our own wine, limoncello and extra virgin olive oil.
Part Two
We will then reach the main country house, where Lia and Zia Maria (the best cheese maker ever!) will demonstrate how to make mozzarella cheese, the typical ‘caciottine’, ricotta and the famous Caciocavallo, which have to be tasted to be believed!
Part Three
Last but not least, you will get the chance to make your own pizza, cooked in a traditional wood oven. You'll l get to enjoy the pizza you made, the farm products and the wine on the farm terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples. ​
